These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkrbet platform, including but not limited to the online sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, payment services, bonuses, and all other features accessible via pkrbet.ws ("the Platform"). pkrbet is operated under international gaming license standards.

By creating an account on pkrbet, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or bonuses, which are published separately on the Platform.

pkrbet reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use pkrbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkrbet does not accept registrations from any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on pkrbet.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pkrbet or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.
• You must not be accessing pkrbet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where such prohibition applies to you personally under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

pkrbet reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one pkrbet account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pkrbet employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pkrbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pkrbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your pkrbet account. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA), which is strongly recommended and available to all account holders at no cost.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pkrbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pkrbet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions, including login, deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay. Suspicious login detection is active on all accounts and will flag access from unfamiliar devices or geographic locations. pkrbet may temporarily lock an account pending verification if unusual activity is detected — this is a security measure and not a punitive action.

pkrbet will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pkrbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All deposits and withdrawals on pkrbet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and/or withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and Retail Cash OTC.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via mobile wallet. Deposits are credited to your pkrbet account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pkrbet does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same business day.

Verification requirements: pkrbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible operator standards. Full identity and payment method verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. This may include submission of a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pkrbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Funds deposited and not yet wagered may be subject to anti-money-laundering review prior to withdrawal.
• pkrbet is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times or technical outages outside pkrbet's control.

All bets placed on pkrbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, market, or game type. These rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pkrbet reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or decline bet requests in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, match irregularities, or market integrity concerns. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the account holder's balance.

Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension takes effect are confirmed at the accepted odds. pkrbet accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent timely bet placement.

Casino & Slots: All RNG-based casino games and slot titles on pkrbet are independently certified for fairness by third-party auditors. Results are generated by a certified Random Number Generator and cannot be influenced by pkrbet or the player outside of normal gameplay. Game-specific rules, paylines, RTP percentages, and bonus features are disclosed within each game.

Live Dealer: Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers. Results are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to software manipulation. pkrbet's live casino tables are available subject to table capacity limits.

pkrbet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer. The following general conditions apply to all pkrbet bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period stated in the individual offer. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements will expire at the end of the stated period.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in individual bonus terms. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time.
• Abuse: pkrbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and/or suspend an account if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through systematic exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.

pkrbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkrbet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in ways not intended by pkrbet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sports or casino outcomes.
• Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund a pkrbet account (money laundering).
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including sharing login credentials.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting pkrbet support.
• Abusing pkrbet's bonus system through coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your pkrbet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to indefinite exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account holder will not be able to deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications from pkrbet.

pkrbet-initiated suspension: pkrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, and where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In the event of pkrbet-initiated account closure due to breach of Terms, pkrbet reserves the right to withhold or forfeit balances to the extent permitted by applicable law and in proportion to the nature of the breach.

All content on the pkrbet Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, data feeds, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from pkrbet.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use pkrbet's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pkrbet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

pkrbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pkrbet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised services where applicable.

pkrbet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and software partners) strictly for operational purposes and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

pkrbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Interruption to the Platform caused by events outside pkrbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

pkrbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability. pkrbet will endeavour to minimise disruption and to notify users of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkrbet's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

pkrbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations as an account holder — pkrbet will provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you are entitled to close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment without penalty. Continued use of pkrbet following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming license standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrbet holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrbet's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint regarding pkrbet's services, you should first raise the matter with pkrbet's customer support team via live chat or email. pkrbet will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with pkrbet's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
